Organise all those clippings in one place

Ript basically adds a new option to Internet Explorer and Firefox. It enables you to drag images from the Internet to a floating clipboard that stores everything that's posted to it. You could easily compare it to Safari MAC OSX Tiger. Part scrapbook, part “to-do” list (or to-buy list), Ript mimics the actions of ripping, piling and arranging scraps of information. If you can see it on your computer, you can “rip” it - simple as that. Simply drag and drop images and text from the internet or your computer and arrange them however you please — making it easy to compile, print and share your handiwork.

Once you've pasted your clippings, you can rotate, enlarge, add text, and sort and create different collections. If you are only interested in image files you can find them in path C:-> Documents and Settings-> [User Name] -> Application Data-> Ript. Ript saves you the hassle of right clicking and saving images so you can now just drag and drop photos and clippings of your choice.

This is a really handy little program as it can literally extract anything on your screen - a great tool for a more organised life.

Great ript lover. I'm the computer instructor in Japan. When looking for a very simple image editing software that can use for specially elderly people, I found Ript. That's it. It's very easy to handle, simple and sofisticated display. It does everything I need. Thank you very much to creator. Is there any way to use this app with Windows7?

Wow, what a cool dreambuilder!. I'm the leader of a large network marketing organization and have been looking for a simple application that can help someone focus on their dreams as a motivation tool. This app does it. It requires NO techical expertise, just puts a little icon that looks like a stack of pictures i the top corner of the screen. Anything you see anything that catches your eye, just drag it to the icon. The application not only keeps the picture, but the infomation about where it came from and when, as well as an option to type notes on the "back" of each picture (just click the little "i" under the pic). You can then resize, rotate, annotate the pics, pretty much anything. Once you fill one Ript dreamboard, you can start another and another and another; they're all available in a little scrollbar at teh bottom. You can even drag pictures from one ript file to another, as well as share them with your friends as a jpg or a ript file that they can themselves edit or use some of your pictures in their own creation.I just love it! And it's free...yay!!

In Softonic we scan all the files hosted on our platform to assess and avoid any potential harm for your device. Our team performs checks each time a new file is uploaded and periodically reviews files to confirm or update their status. This comprehensive process allows us to set a status for any downloadable file as follows:

Clean

It’s extremely likely that this software program is clean.

What does this mean?

We have scanned the file and URLs associated with this software program in more than 50 of the world's leading antivirus services; no possible threat has been detected.

Warning

This software program is potentially malicious or may contain unwanted bundled software.

Why is the software program still available?

Based on our scan system, we have determined that these flags are possibly false positives.

What is a false positive?

It means a benign program is wrongfully flagged as malicious due to an overly broad detection signature or algorithm used in an antivirus program.

We’d like to highlight that from time to time, we may miss a potentially malicious software program. To continue promising you a malware-free catalog of programs and apps, our team has integrated a Report Software feature in every catalog page that loops your feedback back to us.

Flag any particular issues you may encounter and Softonic will address those concerns as soon as possible.
